Deborah’s role is to manage the development and the delivery of our membership proposition, ensuring that it exceeds members expectations and delivers on our promise to be the voice of business - from a regional, sector and business size perspective. Her team is based in each of our regional offices across England and Wales and they are responsible for listening to members, keeping them informed, delivering the membership offer, as well as account management and membership sales. The team also respond to sector led and regional policy requirements.
Deborah has 25 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, product development, marketing and business strategy. She has held a number of senior roles at some of UK's largest businesses including; Asda - where she was Senior Director FS & Telecoms and at the UK telco operator, EE where she was Head of Strategic Partnerships. Additionally, she has run her own business (in fashion), worked in three internet start-ups and as Head of Multimedia, ran the digital products business at telco Orange.
Deborah joined the CBI in 2017, she has a degree in Business Studies & Marketing.
