The CBI construction council believes that the business environment must be right if the construction sector is to operate efficiently, competitively, and make a much needed contribution to national economic growth. Priorities include a planning system that provides certainty to enable the creation of vital infrastructure, appropriate and timely access to finance and an adequately skilled workforce.
