Internships help young people develop employability skills
Whether they are for students leaving school or at college or university, internships are great opportunities to experience life in the workplace. Employers often support young people by offering internships and many are linking with schools and universities to promote these opportunities. But more can be done - the Government's Graduate Talent Pool scheme is one way to help match graduates to internship opportunities.
