Panel members ensure that CBI employment policy is rooted in the views of its members
The Employment Panel ensures that CBI employment policy is rooted in the views of its members. It discusses topical employment issues to advise how best to represent business to government, policymakers and other external organisations. The panel meets biannually and members receive relevant information from the CBI on important areas of HR policy that occurs between meetings. Membership of the panel will be by invitation only and meetings operate under Chatham House rules to facilitate open dialogue and ensure confidentiality.
