Senior decision-makers meet to discuss global trends in human resources
The CBI's Global HR Forum allows multi-national companies to discuss challenges affecting their global workforces. The forum allows senior decision-makers to meet their peer group to discuss global trends, and share stratagies to address them.
Membership is restricted to those with global or regional responsibility, and an interest in human resources management. The meetings use video conferencing facilities to allow contributions from around the world.
Members can steer the agenda of future meetings. Topics are likely to include employee relations, mobility and migration, recruitment and talent management, and competitiveness in a global economy. Each session starts with a short presentation from a subject expert or company case study, followed by discussion among the group.
