John Ainley
Group human resources director, Aviva
John Ainley was appointed Group HR director for Aviva in April 2006 and is a member of the Group executive committee.
Before joining Aviva in 1999, John held several senior HR positions in international organisations across diverse industries, including retailing, IT and engineering.
Since joining the group, John has held a number of key positions including group HR director for Norwich Union and HR director for UK Life and General. John was a key player in leading the company through a number of mergers and acquisitions, establishing a strong, responsible business with capable leaders and engaged employees. During his tenure at Norwich Union, John successfully focused on creating a culture of customer and employee centricity and introduced a significant shift in leadership and responsibility thinking at all levels of the organisation.
Since taking up the role of group HR director, John has contributed significantly to the globalisation of Aviva, the significant growth in the brand value, its leading role as a sustainable and ethical business as well as ensuring the company successfully navigated through the global financial crisis through simple and effective people strategies . leads the Corporate Responsibility (CR) agenda for Aviva, is a member of the board Corporate Responsibility committee and is passionate about Aviva's progressive stance on the environment, communities, investments and supplier relationships. Aviva is listed in many of the key responsibility indexes and leads the thinking for the industry.
Peter Morgan
Director of Corporate Affairs, Rolls-Royce
Peter Morgan is Director, Corporate Affairs with responsibility for the Group's internal and external communications and for Government Relations on a global basis.
Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Peter was Group Director of Communications for BT.
Between 2001 and 2004 Peter worked for the Weber Shandwick PR Agency. He was Joint Managing Director of their UK Media practice.
The first twenty years of Peter's career was spent in the BBC as a reporter and correspondent. He reported from all around the world. He specialised in international business, and was Berlin Correspondent from 1998 - 2000.
Steve Sharratt
Chief executive, Bio Group
Steve Sharratt is chief executive of Bio Group, the UK's largest business of its kind, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by the generation of sustainable energy and creation of soils from household and commercial organic waste.
Steve is a member of the advisory group to the climate change business summit hosted by HRH Prince of Wales, is chairman of the CBI SME Council, a member of the DTI investment taskforce and an HMRC advisory board member.

Anthony Jenkins is the chief executive of Barclays.
Graham van't Hoff
Chairman, Shell UK Ltd, Royal Dutch Shell plc
Graham joined Shell in 1984 after obtaining a degree in Chemistry from Oxford. His first role was in London as a Customer Services Assistant, followed by time as a polypropylene sales representative in the UK.
Between 1988 and 1992 he worked as Product Manager for Shell's Higher Olefins and Detergents business, initially in the UK and then in Houston. During this time he also obtained a Masters in Business Management, with Distinction, from Manchester Business School.
After a spell in Corporate Planning in Shell Oil Company in the US he returned to Europe in 1995 as European Marketing Manager for Chemical Solvents and then as Global Vice President, Polystyrene. Subsequently, Shell took the decision to divest this business, and Graham led the divestment projects through to completion in early 2000.
Graham then briefly took over the role of Director - Customer Fulfilment Centre of Excellence before becoming Chief Information Officer for Shell Chemicals. In this role he oversaw the globalisation of IT, including the implementation of the first global SAP system in Shell. He then became Shell International's Director of IT Strategy and Applications Development where he developed and led the ITVision project to restructure IT across the Shell Group.
Graham then took up the assignment as Vice President Base Chemicals Europe and member of the Chemicals Leadership Team on 1 February 2005, adding the role of General Manager Shell Chemicals Europe BV on 1 March 2006, based in The Netherlands. In mid 2008, Graham was appointed Global VP Base Chemicals returning to the UK at the beginning of 2009, before being appointed to his current role as Chairman Shell UK on 1 May 2011.

As President of PepsiCo UK & Ireland, Richard Evans is responsible for leading brands including Walkers, Quaker, Tropicana and Copella and a company of around 5,500 people working across 13 sites.
