Bruno Maçães was the Minister for Europe in the Portuguese government from 2013 until 2015. He received his doctorate in political science from Harvard University, has taught in Seoul and Berlin and was a non-resident fellow at Carnegie in Brussels. He is a fellow at Renmin University in Beijing. At Flint, Bruno advises clients on EU politics and policy, regulatory developments, Brexit and EU-China relations. His new book on Europe, Russia and China in the new world order will be published in December 2017.
