Owen Tudor has been Head of the TUC’s European Union and International Relations Department since 2003. He is a substitute member of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) executive committee and of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) General Council and Executive Bureau. He is the Secretary of the TUC’s charitable international development arm, TUC Aid. He is a member of the Wilton Park Advisory Council (2010-) and a Director of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) (2013-).
Since he joined the TUC in 1984, Mr Tudor has dealt with training policy, the arts, education, youth organisation, social security, disability, health and safety, industrial injury benefits and rehabilitation. He was one of the founders of the Robin Hood Tax campaign.
