With 29 March fast approaching, many EU nationals within workplaces are starting to think about the process they will have to go through to continue living and working in the UK. With the EU Settlement Scheme due to open shortly, many employers are also considering their role in communicating information and actively supporting their EU staff.
Hosted at Deloitte’s Offices in Central London, this breakfast event will draw on the key findings and insights from the CBI’s new guide: EU Staff and Brexit – Five Questions for Every Business, to help employers discover the best way to support their EU staff. The event aims to share best practice amongst HR leaders and to facilitate an open discussion will be held under Chatham House Rule.
We will be joined by Matthew Fell, CBI’s Chief UK Policy Director, and Jurga McCluskey, Partner and Head of Immigration at Deloitte, as well as a panel of senior HR Directors who will share their insights and approaches to communicating with and supporting EU staff.
