CBI/GVA Grimley Corporate Real Estate Survey An important new survey examining issues of key importance to corporate occupiers across the UK private sectorThis new six-monthly qualitative survey, sponsored by international property advisers GVA Grimley, replaces the CBI/GVA Grimley Property Trends Survey and will provide a contemporary and comprehensive picture of those significant issues that are affecting corporate occupiers, both in terms of the current situation and also in relation to likely public policy and macro-economic changes in the future. This survey will be of interest to a wide cross-section of the business community and will provide both a ‘snap-shot’ of the current and future issues for board–level use and also more detail for sector and property specialists. Issues that will be covered in this first issue include transport and location, drivers for change in the corporate operational portfolio, energy costs and environmental friendly building benefits and those external issues that impact upon business – interest rates, the tax regime, climate change and Corporate Social Responsibility. The survey will also provide a macro-economic context to complement the policy analysis.
