Audit Committee Chair ForumWho we areThe Audit Committee Chair Forum (ACCF) is jointly-convened by Ernst & Young and the CBI. It comprises a select group of Audit Committee Chairs from some of the UK's leading companies and provides an opportunity to contribute to the debate and influence areas of regulation that impact them. It also enables Audit Committee Chairs to enhance performance through sharing leading practice and discussing points of view. The Forum is currently co-chaired by Richard Wilson, senior partner at Ernst & Young and Helen Alexander, president of the CBI. What we doThe Forum meets four times a year to discuss relevant topics. An output paper on the Forum's key discussions is produced on each event, disseminated to fellow Audit Committee Chairs and made available on our website. The Forum consists of around 15 members at each event. The Forum will use a modified version of the Chatham House rule whereby names and company affiliations are a matter of record, but specific comments will not be attributable. Further informationIf you would like to discuss the Forum further, please contact Louise Starr, secretary to the Forum, at louise.starr@cbi.org.uk |
