Human Resources

Human resources

The CBI Human Resources Policy Directorate lobbies the UK government and international institutions on a range of employment and employee relations issues.
Through regular committees, working groups and written consultations, CBI member companies gain advance notification of forthcoming developments and have a direct impact on the lobbying process.

The directorate is also a vital source of expert advice and information on a range of HR and employment issues through regular newsletters, surveys, research reports, access to specialised policy advisors, networking events and benchmarking activities.
