Follow A4232 until you go through the Butetown Tunnels. After the tunnels there is a roundabout . Take the 2nd exit off and turn right at the traffic lights. Drive for 200 yards and turn right at next traffic lights. At the end of a short road, turn right into Caspian Point car park. By bus: Buses run on a regular basis from Cardiff City centre (opposite Marriott Hotel), to Cardiff Bay.
