
We are preparing our input to the spending review over the summer period. We are also planning our preparations for the autumn party conferences and input to Bills which will begin their passage through Westminster when parliament returns in September.

Commenting on government plans to scrap the default retirement age, John Cridland, said: "The decision to abandon the DRA leaves business with many unresolved problems, and the government's timetable to scrap it will give companies little time to prepare."
