We must ensure everyone benefits from this recovery

In a wide ranging comment piece, the director-general John Cridland talks about the growing political risks to business both at home and abroad and the launch of the CBI's Great Business Debate campaign.
Commenting on recent positive economic data which showed the UK's quarterly growth has outstripped other G7 nations over the past year, John Cridland warned:
"With businesses starting to invest again and continuing to create thousands of new jobs, the picture is brighter.
"But, though we expect wages to increase next year as productivity picks up, there are still too many peole not yet feeling the benefits of the recovery."
