Property guideProperty for businessProperty for business is an essential guide to how UK businesses can make the most of their property assets. The guide also aims to raise awareness among senior business executives of the benefits of developing an effective strategy for managing property. An updated version of the guide is now available which reflects recent changes in regulations and developments in best practice. Property guide supplementsThe CBI is developing a series of supplements on important regulatory issues to complement the strategic guidance included in the Property for business guide. The first of these, on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), is now available.The supplement provides a concise explanation of what EPCs are and what businesses need to do to comply with government regulations.
