Each year the G7 countries meet to discuss shared priorities, tackle core issues, and show global leadership. This year, the UK has taken the presidency of the G7 and set its sights on uniting leading democracies to build back better from the pandemic, creating a greener, more prosperous future.
Alongside the G7 summit, leading business associations from each country meet as the B7 acting as the voice of business for the G7. This group provides a forum for industry input to mobilise international business to shape and deliver the G7 agenda.
The CBI proudly holds the presidency for the 2021 B7. This year will focus on how business leadership can promote free trade, create a race to the top on net-zero, and showcase global digital leadership.
