This month saw the CBI launch its headline report on adult skills and reskilling, Learning for Life. Following much discussion over the last few months about the need to ensure opportunities for retraining and reskilling its publication is timely.

Since the launch the CBI have been sharing key recommendations with officials across government. All eyes are now on the Comprehensive Spending Review to see government take action on this critical agenda as part of its plan to support jobs.
