Ending the political and financial neglect of further education
With Sajid Javid being the first Chancellor of the Exchequer to have studied at a college, further education was a winner in today’s announcement.
Businesses need and value a strong further education sector to provide the skills needed for the future. But for too long colleges have been neglected, underestimated, and underfunded.
