When I first sat down to write this update, I had just spotted a tweet from Science Minister, Chris Skidmore saying: "Appointed Universities and Science Minister for the first time a year ago today. Can confirm that a year definitely is a long time in politics." I'd be inclined to agree.
This year has seen a phenomenal amount of political change, but it's also seen some pretty chunky policy change too. Especially in the digital and innovation space. The list of policy progress is long, but I wanted to highlight three key areas where we've made a positive impact for members.
