These days, there's an ever-increasing mountain of workplace wellbeing advice, guidance, resources and services out there. That's good news. But the Thriving at Work review of workplace mental health spoke to over 200 employers and concluded that, for many, this wealth of information just makes it impossible to know where to start.
Mental Health at Work is an initiative from Mind and several partner organisations that tries to ease that confusion. The idea is to help navigate the maze - and that means trying our best to anticipate what's relevant to each user. Does it depend on job role, industry sector, the size of their company? Or something else? It's a puzzle that’s tough to solve but we're improving all the time, and now that we've been up and running for over a year, we're starting to see what resonates with people.
