What the vaccine means for businesses

With the coronavirus pandemic having heavily impacted the UK business landscape, and disrupting operations worldwide, many companies are still fighting to survive this crisis, whilst thinking about 'what next?'.

With the vaccine roll-out underway, employers are considering the part they can play in this, including addressing key emerging issues around the spread of misinformation, and supporting staff. Join Tony Danker (Director General, CBI), Professor Linda Bauld (Bruce and John Usher Chair in Public Health, Usher Institute, University of Edinburgh) and Simon Rice-Birchall (Partner, Eversheds Sutherland) for a discussion on what the vaccine means for businesses, including:

  • Learn more about the legal considerations for employers when it comes to vaccinations.
  • Hear how businesses can communicate with their staff, and the support you can provide.
  • Insights into what the vaccine could mean for returning to work

Participants:

  • Tony Danker, Director General, CBI
  • Simon Rice-Birchall, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland
  • Professor Linda Bauld, Bruce and John Usher Chair in Public Health, Usher Institute, University of Edinburgh
  • James Harding, Co-Founder and Editor, Tortoise Media (Chair)
