What does COP26 mean for business?

This November, Glasgow will host the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference, a global summit about climate change and how countries are planning to tackle it. This session marks the first in our Countdown to COP26 series, which will bring together a range of voices from across government and industry, to explore how business can get involved in this year’s summit and what we hope to achieve.

Join Matthew Fell (Chief UK Policy Director, CBI), Majda Dabaghi (Director of Inclusive & Green Growth, International Chamber of Commerce), and Sam Baker (Partner, Deloitte) for an expert discussion on:

  • What is COP26 and what does it mean for business
  • The Goal Impact 13 Platform partnership and ways your business can get involved
  • How business and industry can help influence the outcome of COP26 for this year and climate change more broadly.

  • Matthew Fell, Chief UK Policy Director, CBI
  • Majda Dabaghi, Director of Inclusive & Green Growth, International Chamber of Commerce
  • Sam Baker, Partner, Deloitte
  • Liz Moseley, Editor and Partner, Tortoise Media (Chair)
