Building business resilience across supply chains

The business community has mobilised at speed to support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine and responded to immediate challenges such as sanctions, increased cybersecurity risks, and supporting impacted employees. However, the near to long-term economic consequences of the war in Ukraine have not yet been fully realised.

Disruption to complex networks of global supply chains, already under strain from the pandemic, will have tangible impacts on businesses, as access to common commodities such as food, minerals and metals, and energy become restricted.

Join Rain Newton-Smith (Chief Economist, CBI), Caroline Bain (Chief Commodities Economist, Capital Economics) and Mark Wilson (Health, Safety and Environment Director, Offshore Energies), for an expert webinar on what your business needs to know, including:

  • An update on the evolving challenges facing firms and how you can help humanitarian efforts
  • An expert briefing on the current state of play for global commodity markets, and what’s likely to happen in the months ahead
  • Advice on minimising short and long-term impacts and how your business can build resilience.
