Arun Batra is an EY Partner, founder and CEO of the National Equality Standard and Adviser to the government-backed Parker Review which looks at ethnic minority representation on FTSE Boards.
In his role at EY, Arun leads the firm’s market facing Culture, Diversity and Inclusion practice. He has also held a number of high profile roles leading on diversity nationally for the Home Office, advising two former Mayors as well as the former Attorney General, Baroness Scotland.
Since 2018, Arun has worked with No 10 Downing Street as part of a government board to help tackle race disparity in the UK.
In 2019, he received an OBE for his services to diversity.
EY is a founding partner of Change the Race Ratio, a campaign to increase racial and ethnic participation in British businesses.
