HR Director, CBI
Lauren is responsible for the people strategy at the CBI, ensuring that we attract, retain and develop great people, enabling the CBI to help businesses create a more prosperous society. She leads a team responsible for the delivery of all HR functions ranging from recruitment, reward, payroll and benefits, performance and engagement, diversity and inclusion and learning and development.
In her four years at the CBI Lauren has set up our learning and development team and agenda, supported with our strategic review and organisation design and development and led our talent and people development functions.
Prior to joining the CBI Lauren held a number of learning and organisational development roles across sectors.
