Annie Gascoyne, Director of Economic Policy
Annie leads the CBI's policy work on tax and regulation, as well as UK Budget and fiscal event delivery. She leads a team of economic and tax specialists who help build evidence for business and government to enhance the competitiveness of the UK’s business environment. Before taking up her current role, she spent two years as Head of Economic Policy, where she delivered the CBI’s input and response to Budget 2017 and 2018. Prior to joining the CBI, Annie worked in EY's Economic Advisory practice.
