Finance Directors Network (Northern Ireland)

10 February 2022

10:00 - 11:00

Economic and political outlook for Northern Ireland

As businesses focus on planning for the year ahead, join senior company finance executives from Northern Ireland to discuss the issues that matter most to you.

At our first Finance Directors Network of the year, we'll be joined by Martin Sartorius, Principal Economist, CBI who will discuss the economic outlook for the year ahead. We will also be joined by John Foster, Chief Campaign Director, CBI who will give members an insight on what you can expect from the political landscape in 2022 and what this will mean for your business.

As well as hearing from other finance executives, this is an opportunity for you to exchange thoughts and ideas in a Chatham House setting chaired by Angela McGowan, Director, CBI Northern Ireland.

You will particularly benefit from this event if you are a:

  • Finance Director
  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Senior leader working in the finance function.

These meetings are held for members with a significant finance function in their job role. During the meetings, participants can share their experiences, gain different perspectives, and take away key insights on the current economic situation and focus on the key practical issues that your business is facing. The CBI will also use this insight to inform our conversations with government and ensure the voice of business is heard.
