Member Consultation on the National Infrastructure Bank

As part of our engagement with HM Treasury, the CBI will hold a session on the establishment of the UK Infrastructure Bank. We will be joined by Chris Grigg, Chair of the UK Infrastructure Bank.

This roundtable will be your opportunity to hear directly from Chris on how the bank will operate in practice, and to also share your views with HM Treasury on where the bank should invest, and what the barriers are to facilitating more private finance into the UK infrastructure market.

The session will also discuss:

  • What gaps exist in the UK infrastructure market
  • What type of projects are restricted in the market (through equity requirements and risk profile challenges)
  • What barriers viable projects face

Further information

By attending you will have an opportunity to share your key priorities for the UK Infrastructure Bank with Chris Grigg and HM Treasury officials, who will attend the event.

Please note that this event is by invitation only.

We will always try to accommodate expressions of interest to attend, however, spaces are limited to one person per company and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
