Member Consultation on Scotland’s National Strategy for Economic Transformation

How do we turn ambition into action?

With the Scottish Government currently consulting on plans for a new 10-year national strategy for economic transformation, CBI Scotland invites you to join Professor Graeme Roy, Dean of External Engagement at the University of Glasgow, to discuss what’s needed to stimulate Scotland’s economic recovery and support the transition to a net zero economy.

Graeme will share his personal view on priorities for the new strategy and the key points he will be making as a member of the new Economic Transformation Advisory Council.

With no shortage of existing strategies, the session will also provide a chance to discuss what’s needed to turn ambition into action and for you to highlight key priorities for your organisation or sector. Your input will help inform CBI Scotland’s engagement with Scottish Government ministers and officials ahead of the strategy’s launch later this year.

You’ll particularly benefit from this event if you are:

  • CEOs / COOs / Managing Directors
  • Government Affairs / Corporate Affairs Directors / Heads of
  • Public Affairs Directors / Heads of
  • Strategy VPs / Directors
  • Finance Directors

Webex dial-in details will be sent in the joining instructions a few days before the event once your place has been confirmed.

Please note that space is limited and we recommend you reserve your place as soon as possible.
