People and Skills Network on supporting mental health and wellbeing during a second lockdown

As we enter a second lockdown firms across the region will know first-hand the importance of managing colleagues' mental health and wellbeing during this period.

During this session, we’ll be joined by representatives from Affinity Water and Mills & Reeve and will hear how they adapted their wellbeing activities in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and the measures they took in light of a second lockdown to further support their workforce.

By attending this event, you’ll hear about:

  • How companies are managing their employees' wellbeing
  • The extra steps that businesses have taken to combat the effects of a second lockdown
  • How to support young people in a remote environment

During this online event you will also have the opportunity to ask questions during our Q&A session.

  • Sue Flower, HR Director, Affinity Water
  • Kirsty Bennett, Senior HR Manager, Mills & Reeve
  • Richard DeNetto, Associate Director, CBI East of England (Chair)

Please note that invitations are transferable, but we ask those joining the call to have a significant people and skills function within their role.
