People and Skills Network (East of England) on hybrid working and prioritising mental health

Some of the biggest concerns for employers this year include planning a hybrid working model and continuing to respond to the wellbeing needs of their employees.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been a shock to the system that has caused many businesses to think differently about work and the workplace, shifting expectations of what is possible for both employers and employees.

While hybrid working isn’t new, the pandemic accelerated the switch and as we move to the next phase businesses are making longer-term decisions on how and where work is completed. Hybrid working can support a business's strategic goals, but the challenge for organisations is how to find the right balance between home and the workplace to make a long-term sustainable change that works for both the business and their employees.

Join this peer-to-peer network to gain useful insights into the ways other businesses are planning their adaptation to hybrid working and how they are looking to support employee wellbeing, as well as practical questions that need to be considered along the way.
