Join your peers, collaborate and discuss current business challenges and trends facing you in 2020, including solving the productivity puzzle through the power of people.
With flatlining growth and productivity rates well below our International peers, efforts to improve productivity don't often focus on embedding practice. During this network, we will hear from CBI Policy Advisor, Katie Miller who will share her expertise on how to make working practices more effective at driving business performance.
We are also delighted to be joined by keynote speaker will be Marco Hafner of RAND who will give us his thoughts of how employers can solve the productivity puzzle. Marco was recently part of a research team at RAND which found that a lack of sleep can have a significant impact on an employee’s productivity.
