Scotland Member Discussion on planning a return to the office

After more than a year of working exclusively from home for many, the date from which offices in Scotland can reopen is now just around the corner.

The Scottish Government’s Strategic Framework outlines plans for the ‘phased and limited’ reopening of offices to begin when we get to level 0 – currently scheduled to be Monday 28 June.

  • But what does the phased and limited reopening of offices mean in practice?
  • What should businesses be thinking about as they plan for the return of staff?
  • And how do you strike the right balance if you’re transitioning to a hybrid working model?

To help answer some of these questions, CBI Scotland is holding a member discussion focused on the practical issues businesses should be thinking about as they reopen their office doors.

The session will give you the opportunity to hear directly from Scottish Government officials on the latest government guidance, as well as public transport providers ScotRail and First Group. You’ll also get the chance to hear from other businesses from a range of sectors about their approach to returning to the office.

You will particularly benefit from this session if you are a:

  • Chief of People
  • Chief Executive
  • Director
  • Head of HR
  • HR Director
  • Director of People / Talent
  • Diversity and Inclusion Lead

Do you have a colleague who would benefit from this event? Send the event link to them as the event is free to attend for CBI members.
