As we take tentative steps out of lockdown, this member discussion will look at how business is going to communicate, prioritise and structure new working patterns for their workforce and how organisations can enable a safe return to the office environment.
This session will specifically look at what ‘returning to work’ looks like for different organisations. With the ‘hybrid working model’ frequently cited as the new way of working post pandemic, what will be required to drive collaboration between office and remote workers?
With more employees opting to work remotely, organisations will also need to assess how they use the office and ways to provide a safe environment for workers and customers who will use this space once restrictions are lifted. Beyond hand washing, masks and social distancing, what other measures can business take? Joining us will be phs Group who will address the importance of air quality to enable more people to work together in indoor settings.
You will hear from:
Nicola Millard, Principal Innovation Partner, BT Enterprises
Astley Shields, Air Quality Expert, phs Group
Join us to hear:
With offices now co-existing and even competing with other work locations such as the home, what do organisations need to consider in order to make workspaces fit for purpose post pandemic?
This Webex meeting is for CBI members.
Webex dial-in details will be sent in the joining instructions on the day of the event once your place has been confirmed.
