Damian Waters

Commercial Director, England

Damian leads the teams across the English regions, who are responsible for delivering excellent engagement with our members, growing the CBI, and through our policy, political, and stakeholder work, cementing our place as the strongest cross-nation and cross-sectoral voice of business.

Prior to commencing this role Damian was Director for the North West.

Damian is an Independent Member of the Board of Governors of Liverpool John Moores University and sits on advisory boards for several businesses in the North West.

Damian is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire (BA Hons) and Wrexham University (HND – NEWI). Outside of his role with the CBI, Damian runs an award-winning photography business.
