Viraj Anand

Viraj Anand is a Commercial Development Advisor at CBI Economics, where he supports business development and client engagement across the consultancy arm of the CBI. Working with organisations across a range of sectors to build a relationship,  understand a client's priorities and demonstrate value, through clear evidence-based insights. His role also involves growing the consultancy’s pipeline of work and ensuring these stays organised and upto date for management reviews and progress tracking. 

Viraj joined the CBI after graduating Aston University with a BSc Honours degree in International Business and management with a placement year. 

Before joining the CBI, Viraj gained experience across financial analysis, commercial strategy and business development. Working at SAKS Capital ( Dubai based family investment office), two startups (Satorus Group and Yumma Candy)  and a summer internship at Brunswick Group. Outside of work, Viraj is also a certified tennis and padel coach.
