Cancellations

Our tickets are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend an event, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge.

Cancellations and substitutions should be sent in writing to cbievents@cbi.org.uk. Please notify us at least two working days before an event of the substitutions details.

The CBI is not responsible for the non-arrival of confirmation documents. Your booking will be acknowledged within two weeks. If you do not hear from us within this time, please contact the CBI Events Team on 0800 983 0093.

The CBI reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates for non-payment or failure to comply with the code of conduct.

The CBI may, in exceptional circumstances, need to postpone or cancel an Event, and we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any such postponement or cancellation. If an Event is cancelled, or if an Event is postponed and you cannot attend the rearranged date, we will refund any Fees you have paid in advance within 8 weeks. You agree that the CBI’s liability to you will be limited to the amount of the Fees you have paid and the CBI will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement.
