CBI shaping Welsh Government’s Social Partnership Act
A ground-breaking piece of Welsh legislation is being developed in partnership with business. The Social Partnership Act will link government business support to trade union recognition. The legislation is one of the outcomes of the Fair Work Commission which reported earlier this year. A consultation is expected in the next few weeks and CBI will be keen to hear members views.
