Jack Sanderson
Senior Economist
Jack Sanderson is a Senior Economist within CBI Economics. He has led on analysing economic trends for niche sectors within the UK economy. This includes specific elements of the manufacturing sector and the hair and beauty sector. For the former, he developed a bespoke economic model to model the economic contribution of the sector considering their unique supply chain impacts and import propensity. On the latter, CBI Economics were able to deliver impactful insights on the impact of changing employment statuses within the sector that have been unfolding over a 15-year period. He is also responsible for updating and reporting on labour market data in the quarterly horizon scanning report that CBI Economics undertake for a nationally significant organisation.
