Charlotte Dendy
Economic Surveys and Data Manager

Charlotte Dendy is the Economic Surveys and Data Manager at the CBI, working within the Economic Intelligence team. She brings over ten years of experience in economics, survey design and data analysis. Charlotte leads the Economic Surveys and Data team, which is responsible for delivering economic and policy surveys and gathering member insights to support the CBI’s quantitative data.
In addition to managing the CBI’s regular surveys, her team also conducts bespoke, one-off surveys as part of CBI Economics project work. These surveys have covered a wide range of topics, including hybrid and remote working, business travel, skills shortages, digital currencies and client or customer research.
Charlotte’s extensive experience makes her well-placed to provide survey quality assurance—reviewing survey questionnaires and builds, as well as marketing communications and data analysis—to ensure they meet best practice standards.
Before joining the CBI in 2016, Charlotte worked at Nomura International as a research analyst in cross-asset allocation, and at the Bank of England as a research assistant in the Centre for Central Banking Studies.
