People and Skills Network - Northern Ireland

The CBI’s People and Skills Network is a local and national cross-economy network for senior leaders with an interest in the people agenda and the future of work. It exists to promote the diffusion of political intelligence and ‘what works’ insights on the top workforce issues of the day. This is achieved through a combination of in-person networking and intelligence sharing events in each of the UK’s regions and nations that drill deeper into topics like recruitment, engagement and retention in a tight labour market, how to have impact when investing in skills, and creating an inclusive workplace.
